84/Ochtó4 Productions specialise in music-based content and programming. We are a bilingual company and produce content in both Irish and English. Our previous productions include; Kabin Crew's Christmas Special for RTÉ One, which won the Best Entertainment award at the 2025 RTS Awards. An Ghig Mhór, a six-part music series for RTÉ One which featured well-known Irish artists helping up and coming musicians around the country put on their first big hometown gig. BEO ÓN ELECTRIC PICNIC for TG4 which was described as a "milestone for Irish music and the Irish language", this was the first ever broadcast by TG4 at Electric Picnic which is Ireland's biggest music and arts festival. Presented by Síomha Ní Ruairc and John Sharpson the show featured live performances and interviews with a diverse range of acts including Kneecap, Amble, John Spillane, Amano and Clada.

The company is ran by Cian Mac Cárthaigh an award-winning Producer/Director with many years of experience producing content for RTÉ and TG4. He is also a musician and the founder of IMLÉ - an Irish-Language music collective who have released three albums and played concerts all over the world. IMLÉ have had their music used in international Netflix series such as BODKIN (2024) and HOUSE OF GUINNESS (2025).
